Location: Leyton, Waltham Forest

This masterplan strategy aims to establish a framework to guide future development sites between Leyton town centre and the northern edge of The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It focuses on 3 sites to deliver substantial residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and high quality public spaces to regenerate and diversify the neighbourhood which has been segregated from the Olympic site by a Eurostar depot.
