Phase 1 of the last phase of the Holly Street Estate redevelopment of a failed 1970s inner city council estate. This scheme provided 151 homes over 2 urban perimeter blocks with a new street through the centre. House typologies consist of terraced family houses and flatted blocks for a mix of tenures.
