A strategic framework and design guidance document was produced as a masterplan for over 2000 new homes with refurbishment of existing homes for LB Barnet and Genesis Housing Association. This was adopted by LB Barnet as a Supplementary Planning Document to steer any future planning applications within the Grahame Park Estate over the next 20 years.
