Location: Southwark, London

​

A pilot scheme at the south-west corner of the Aylesbury Estate Masterplan. Consisting of 3 blocks, the scheme aims to provide a much needed increase in housing density and mix of house types and tenure. The scheme also re-establishes a traditional pattern of streets which was removed in when the estate was first built in the 1960s.
